Our business manager monitors the queue for requests, and assigns them to available techicians. We'll respond by e-mail as to the disposition of the ticket (assigned technician, estimated time to contact and so on. ANy actions taken on the request will be logged, and responses or notifications sent to the originator as well as to the appropriate tech.
